The Christmas season in Lahti city center will kick off traditionally with a market square event organized by Lahti City ry on Saturday, November 23, from 10.30 to 11.30. The event offers joyful activities, culminating in the arrival of Santa Claus and the lighting of the Christmas tree.

There are 500 city bikes and 60 stations around the city. Bikes can be rented with a season ticket or, for example, with a monthly or weekly ticket.

Enjoy swimming, aqua jogging and other watersports in the swimming halls of Lahti. In the Nastola, Saksala, Kivimaa and Lahti swimming halls, you can also work out at the gym.
