The artificial turf and cushioning layer of the Kisapuisto pitch will be replaced, and the irrigation system will be improved. Due to the works, the Kisapuisto stadium will be out closed until the end of June.

According to the work program, the renovation of the artificial turf pitch at Kisapuisto is scheduled to be completed by June 23rd. Weather conditions may affect the planned completion date.

During the renovation, users will be assigned alternative time slots at the Kisapuisto practice field, the Rakokivi artificial turf field, and, if necessary, the Mukkula sports area.

The Karisto sand pitch will be transformed into an artificial grass pitch with the old turf from Kisapuisto Stadium.  The Karisto pitch will be out of use for three weeks between May and June. The specific schedule will be confirmed in the spring once the work begins.
